“Morcinaia,” in the Umbrian dialect, refers to the pile of stones gathered at the edges of a plot of land during reclamation work for vineyard planting. The grape varieties that give rise to this wine are planted in soils with ideal chemical-physical characteristics for viticulture. Careful agricultural practices and excellent vineyard exposure result in high-quality grapes. “Morcinaia” is a red wine of remarkable structure and character, positioning itself among the finest wines of this territory. With an intense ruby red color, it impresses with its wide aromatic profile and overall harmony of its organoleptic characteristics. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, with a mineral vein that balances the tasting experience.
