The story<\/h2>\n

Built in England at the end of the seventeenth century, the Burlandina had a short and intense life: it passed from the Republic of Genoa to Philip V of Bourbon, then to the fleet of the Order of Malta. In 1716, under the Knights\u2019 flag, it reached Corfu to defend the island from the Ottoman siege.<\/p>\n

After twenty years in the Mediterranean, it vanished without a trace. The Friulano that bears its name has been grown at Rocca Bernarda since 1559: a wine that says a great deal without raising its voice.<\/p>\n

Round and soft, with the note of bitter almond on the finish that makes it recognisable. Soft pressing, fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
