This Refund and Return Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions of sale of SAGRIVIT S.R.L. A SOCIO UNICO and explains how the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds work for purchases made on our website.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit communication to the contact details indicated below, even without using a pre-set form.

How to return a product

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, intact, in their original packaging and not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated. Goods should be sent to:

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Bottles of wine that have been opened by the Customer cannot be returned, nor can other perishable food products or products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Refund timing and method

Once the return has been received and checked, or proof of shipment has been provided, we issue the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund covers the price of the products and standard delivery costs; any additional costs for shipping faster than the standard option are not refunded.
