Description
The story
The cercamare was the lookout officer aboard the galleys of the Order of Malta, the first to sight the coast. A name that looks to the sea, like the Order’s routes across the Mediterranean.
The Ribolla Gialla that bears his name is a native Friulian grape variety, grown at Rocca Bernarda since the early decades of the twentieth century.
A fruity, fragrant white, dry, with a pleasant softness. Soft pressing, fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
