Sugarella is the Lazio estate of Terre dei Cavalieri, located in the countryside of Canino. The estate specializes in the breeding of beef cattle and in the production of extra virgin olive oil from the Caninese cultivar.
The breeds raised include Maremmana, Chianina, and Charolaise, all recognized for the quality and value of their meat. Breeding is carried out within a broad agricultural context, where respect for the environment and animal welfare guides every operational choice.
Sugarella is also home to an olive grove dedicated to the production of a robust and characterful extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from Caninese olives, hand-picked and cold-pressed in local mills. The oil is suitable for daily use and for enhancing traditional cuisine.
Although not open to tourism experiences, the estate embodies the most authentic agricultural spirit of the Terre dei Cavalieri project, contributing essential, genuine products deeply rooted in the local territory.
