Prosecco Superiore Asolo DOCG is produced in a well-defined area of Veneto, among the hills surrounding the town of Asolo. This area, smaller and more selective than the DOC denomination, is known for the quality of its soils, its ventilated microclimate, and a more attentive and artisanal approach to viticulture.

Villa Giustiniani is located right within this hilly zone. Only Asolo DOCG Prosecco is produced here, following the strict rules that regulate every stage: from the cultivation of Glera grapes to the sparkling process.

Compared to other Proseccos, Asolo DOCG tends to have greater complexity, finer bubbles, and a more defined personality. It is still a niche designation compared to mass production, but for those seeking an authentic experience in tune with the territory, it is a valuable choice.
