Glera is the grape from which Prosecco is made. Cultivated for centuries in Veneto, it is a native variety that today represents one of the most important foundations of Italian sparkling wine. These grapes, vinified as white wine, yield light, floral, fresh, and aromatic wines.

At Villa Giustiniani, in the heart of the Asolo DOCG designation, Glera finds an ideal environment: hilly soils, ventilated exposures, and a long agricultural tradition. Here, it is carefully hand-harvested and processed using techniques that enhance the grape’s balance and natural fragrance.

The Prosecco Superiore produced from these grapes is known for its notes of green apple, white flowers, and peach, and for a pleasantly dry or slightly sweet taste, depending on the style. Perfect when young, it suits both informal moments and more elegant occasions.
